The Practice of Art

I saw this quote today and I love it so much, especially when held gently, in a wider frame where life and every interaction with the world and people in it is a form of art. I like to feel it that way.

A phrase came to me in my meditation this morning:

“Where is the love in it?”

I will contemplate that during my interactions with people.

I will contemplate it when I start to feel self-doubt or self-criticism.

And I will add it to this quote which I feel encourages me to see life itself as art and my creation, and our co-creation, as we all, along with so many non-humans are part of creating a divine tapestry of beauty here.
