In order to live in a higher frequency state you must exist in it.
Thus, anything that is not that is training and a practice opportunity.
How do you stay aligned inside? How do you care for whatever in you gets triggered? Is it fear? Anger? Do you feel alone?
I, when I can, when I remember, when the energy in me is not shaking too hard, bring care to myself.
What do I need and what feels kind? And this will always be healthy. The answer won’t be French fries. That’s a coping strategy. The answer might be slowing down. Eating something nourishing. Reading something uplifting. Talking to somebody who understands.
Then I see if I can be with it, the storm I may feel…if I can find my center despite it…
I see if I can feel frequencies of fun in my body by remembering times I had fun…on my bike, walking on the beach, climbing a mountain…and I feel it.
I feel what I want to feel more of.
I am
Worthy
I stop and I feel it. I really feel it. I know moments I have felt worthy so I feel them and I feel it in my body.
This is my practice.
