Well thanks. That's the thing. I think lots of us are having moments when we feel like we want to crawl out of our skin, and that can be a good thing. It is a sign that yes, something is not right and also a sign of change and transformation. There was a snake in my dream this morning. I am taking it as a good sign.
I love what you shared about your name and reintegrating Susan. I also changed my name legally after a session with, interestingly enough, a woman named Suzy! I had wanted to be Alicia as a child but my parents give me a different name. In that session, Suzy said, "I see a woman in a blue dress stepping forward, she has a trunk for you to unpack." I felt an urgent sense to ask, "Does she have a name?" Suzy replied, "She's saying her name is Alicia." I can relate to feeling uncomfortable the last few days...I always get a specific heart rate squirminess when a global event is happening/about to happen. It's a challenge when the personal and the collective coalesce as almost exact mirrors, as happened for me this weekend. Just heard Kaia Ra say 'You are touching into your divine nature when you are feeling vulnerable...you are so vast...that touching into that can make us feel vulnerable....'
That is fascinating Alicia and a gift to read your story, which is lovely, about your name. And yes, good to widen the lens and include all that is happening now, right now, on a collective level as certainly we swim in a sea of interconnected energy.
I had the most beautiful interaction with a Muslim man and a small group of old white guys at the coffee shop this morning. A quorum for peace. I also got mostly As and a stray B and one horrifying C in college. The C was because I used the wrong highlighter color. Theatre class. Lol.
