Yes…I do think sifting through and contemplating things helps me…I write in my head all the time and it is nice, I realize, to put some of it into words. And I was just thinking this morning that although I am clear one’s life is not to achieve a state of constant happiness and all emotions have beauty…I am much happier and more content than I used to be. ❤️🙏I think I feel beauty more.

I don’t take as many as the bottle recommends. And I don’t have anything against all the other organism beings on the planet…just trying to keep the garden of my own body in good condition. And I must admit that when I hear of long intestinal worms I always say “Eeewww” to myself 😉😂. I appreciate your comment as I was feeling pretty self critical about my post. I read it again after it went out while waiting for a bus. The British people around me tiptoed on when it arrived and I, lost in my thoughts about my writing, missed it 😂. I will look up the video you recommend. I believe I need to reframe resistance into perhaps peaceful discernment and choice. I shall contemplate that today in the garden. I appreciate you Anomalous and I will watch that video.
