Our own little world, happiness and blocks. The naked oregano and gifts. A collision of grace. Leaning into the plunge of soul. Thanks for sharing. 🙏❤️
You really are on the adventure of a lifetime aren’t you?? What a mystical, magical beautiful place you’ve landed your in. I love reading what you write. But you know that already! 😘
Thanks Jacqueline. The validation always helps. I appreciate you reading what I have written. I was walking by my friend, David’s, restaurant tonight and passed the German guy from the beach who was arriving there. I said, “The last time I saw you you weee naked.” He laughed and announced to everyone that it was a true. It is an adventure here.
Ha Ha...well, you know when the energy is gently moving through a lot of your body, it is pretty exquisite. And it was a HUGE plant. It did have some bad ass vibes. I am pretty sensitive, so microdosing is a lot for me. I recently took 5 drops of methylene blue (a very, very small dose of a simple supplement) and was dancing my ass off in my room. My friend says he takes a LOT more twice a day and never feels it. Being sensitive pays off sometimes.
Hey sister! I read this article on methylene blue the other day and thought I'd share with you. Sounds like you might wanna put a pause on ingesting it until you've done some more research!
Hmmm...well, I read it. I will shoot it to my friends, who I have discussed this with and who have sent me articles (which I have read) and hear their take on it. Controversy everywhere. There are a lot of other things listed as dangerous in the other articles by that person who wrote what you sent me. Omega 3. Vitamin D. Vitamin C. All, from what I glean, because they are synthetic or have additives and I didn't read them, just the titles. When someone seems to have a feed of titles that are all fear-inducing, I start to question things. But, I will discuss with people more and then do my own thing. So far it feels good and I am taking very little. And FOR SURE I am not advising anyone to do anything I do. I am very much in favor of everyone doing their own research on everything and trusting themselves. That is key for all of us in these times.
I’ve read a couple of his articles on how vitamins are made, and his ability to research the industry behind synthetic supplements is impressive.
I had not heard of methylene blue until I read it in your post, and then in the article I linked. It was you saying a guy you know does a lot of it that I thought to share it. I try to avoid ingesting chemicals, but I realize not everyone is on the same trip!
Yes...I am a natural girl at heart as well. I do take supplements and am aware of GMO issues with them etc... For sure I did some reading before I tried it out and I am taking such a small amount (much less than a small dose). In the end, I feel and trust the energy of things. It has been around and used for over 100 years... And I only share my life experiences here. I am not a doctor, therapist, financial advisor etc... It is always about each person's personal discernment. That is absolutely key. And there are other "medications" that have gotten a lot of negative press lately that I am sure you know about. I am realizing that almost anything now, seems controversial. For instance, I love the lights my friend makes. Someone else sent me a bunch of negative info on them. Another told me it is the best product she has seen. So I go with my gut and also listen to the passion of the guy who made them, and his successful healing journey that included such light therapy. But, if there is a frequency of fear or anger around something, I start to wonder. Why? Sometimes, I and other people I imagine, see things "out there" that feel troubling when in fact there is simply something in me needing a boundary or some love. And my reaction (like my friend's recent unsolicited passionate and critical messages) are not actually about what it seems.
Ha! It’s all up to interpretation, isn’t it? I’ve never found looking at ingredients to be fear-based. For me it’s about knowledge. When I know my friend is possibly ingesting something toxic, it is out of LOVE that I tell her- not fear.
How interesting. I read up on ghost pipe and ordered some. It sounds like it would work synergistically with mushrooms just like it does in the forest. Thanks for mentioning it. And thank you for your kind words about my writing. It is nice to hear it landed well with you.
You’re welcome Terra! Hope you found a good source for ghost pipe. It grows round these parts, and a friend made us some. Glad you found the info useful. 💖
That is the best. It seems that wildcrafting it is the only way. I got an organic tincture. I have to wait until I get back to the US to try it and it will be a nice gift to open when I visit my parents. I told a friend about it today as well.
Nice! May you and your friend find it as useful as I do. It is a very interesting flower. Grows in mycelium and doesn’t come up every year. Have a great weekend Terra! 💖

Thanks for reading Jamie and taking all that in and reflecting it so beautifully.
I loved this Terra... ❤️

I’m so admiring how you’re building a life in such a new place, Terra. It’s really inspiring! ❤️
I LOVE oregano…probably my favorite herb.
But better than sex?! That is some Industrial Magic strength oregano. Lawdy.
You sure you’re only micro dosing? 🤪
Thanks for sharing your your journey Terra!
My blessings to you. 💖

Discernment is definitely key!!
And so is doing our own research. Absolutely. ❤️

Have a beauty day! ❤️
I am envious of your locale. Sounds heavenly! I am in the northern latitudes (WI)
and will likely stay here. I have grown oregano and can’t imagine an 8 foot tree! Wow.
I am familiar with methylene blue, but have yet to try it.
Been using ghost pipe tincture for pain and find it most helpful.
Physically and emotionally, interestingly.
Careful with your dancing… Women are supposed to have curves! 😁
I find your 3 states of being readily relatable.
Kind of fits in with the holographic universe concept.
Again, thank you for sharing Terra. You have a lovely style of writing. 💖
